2025 RFM Vendor Fees:
Full Season 10x10 Space - $595 ($35/market x 17 markets)
Full Season 10x20 Space - $1,020 ($60/market x 17 markets)
Single Market 10x10 Space - $40/market
Single Market 10x20 Space - $65/market
Full Season Food Truck Street Parking - $765 ($45/market x 17 markets)
Single Market Food Truck Street Parking - $50/market

Vendor Set up begins at 1pm

Yes, all vendors are required to carry general liability insurance. Product liability insurance is required only for vendors with products intended for consumption or topical use.

Yes, your farm/business must be located in Oregon. Our main focus is on local Oregon grown and produced products.

Vendors are responsible to obtain and maintain all licensing applicable to their business and products sold.

If spaces are available. Please contact the RFM manager to inquire about adding on dates mid season.

RFM requires products to be grown, produced, processed and made by vendors based in Oregon. RFM encourages sourcing locally when possible for materials and products. Approved products include, but are not limited to: produce, meat, eggs, honey, baked goods, sauces, spices, tea, beverages, skincare, jewelry & art.
*MLM businesses, reselling of products and the selling of political and religious materials are prohibited at the RFM.

You can only sell products approved by the RFM management. If you need to add on products mid-season please speak with RFM manager to get approval.
